The customer service is the best I've had for an online purchase, getting updates on each stage of process and a personal one to one confirmation on details from one of your staff ([..] thank you). Every email was straight to the point with no extra junk, direct and easy.
Delivery was good, early notice with an accurate estimated date of arrival and a hotline/email in case delivery has not arrived.
The website is easy to use and navigate, computer friendly with a basic less is more layout. Easy on the eye, if I was to design a new more detailed business card or other forms of advertising media, such as leaflets or flyers, I would certainly use you again and definately recomment this site to a friend or business partner.
In addition, the save template system is the best feature, I imagine the business cards will last me a long while but in the event I need more all I have to do is come back and my design is already here for me to just select." |

Delivery was quick (especially given advertised time to print/lead time), and the cards arrived well packed, in perfect condition.
Website is fairly easy to use, although a little cumbersome in some ways (e.g. aligning items - it would be far easier if drag-and-drop with snap-to-grid functionality was available, rather than adjusting things 1-2 pixels at a time with a button click!), however, compared to some others we tried prior to placing this order, the most important fact about your online card designer is that IT WORKS as expected, unlike many of the others!
All in all great - we will definitely return as/when we have further requirements for printed stocks!" |
