I received an email yesterday to say they were on the way and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful - and I'm so pleased with the print quality of the cards. I've encountered very poor service from a couple of organisations I've dealt with recently, so it's refreshing to come across a company who are professional, efficient and provide a high standard of service.
