"I ordered 50 business cards, just to try you out.
I've paid fortunes in the past having cards designed and printed. This time I was able to set up the design of a card myself using your online design tool. I kept it simple - just mirroring our website. You support the fonts I needed, and the end result looked very smart, even if I say so myself. When I printed it off, though, the lines of text weren't quite in line. I suspected the problem might be this heap of junk aka my printer, but couldn't risk going ahead with printing in case my cards actually came back looking like that. I phoned up to check and spoke to a very helpful girl called Louisa who said she'd investigate. I can't remember quite why, but I did call back subsequently and spoke to another girl (Louisa wasn't there - this was latish, Thursday) who said that your print people were looking at it and would get back.
The next morning, I received an email saying that the text looked fine. I emailed back saying proceed.
Monday, my cards arrived all neatly boxed up. The printing is sharp as could be and I have to say the cards in real life look every bit as smart as on my screen. All this has cost me virtually nothing.
If you think this is building up to a big thumbs up, you're right. My only gripe is that you're telling me now that my cards are on the way when in fact I've had them over a week. You obviously don't know how efficient you are!
Seriously, I don't really know what else is out there, but with service like this you should be cleaning up. Keep doing what you're doing and I for one won't be looking anywhere else.
I don't normally take time out to respond to customer feedbacks, but when someone deserves a pat on the back, I like to see they get it. And if you'd like to add me to some great testimonials list you're compiling, by all means feel free." |

"The quality of the business cards and flyers were a lot higher than I imagined they would be, I expected the business cards to be card but they were actually a type of laminated plastic, very very professional! The flyer was again the same.
Have been very impressed with this service- the customer service people I spoke with were very helpful and could understand them very well....The delivery could have been a bit quicker, they took two weeks to deliver everything, which although isn't ages, it could have been a little quicker. The website use was simple and foolproof really, had a little problem uploading due to the bleed zone etc. All in all, would use again as very impressed with the quality, was expensive, but I really did get what I paid for!!" |
