Common Problems with the Designer

a) You cannot view any design, or you see a Red X instead of the design you have chosen.

For further assistance please click here.

b) Nothing happens when I click any of the green buttons (for example, "save card")

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer to view our website then on the Tool Bar at the top of the browser choose the option:

Tools -> Internet Options -> [Security Tab] -> Custom Level... -> Go all the way down until you see "Scripting of Java Applets" and click on "Enable" (it is probably set to "Disable". Then click "OK" until you can see the designer again. You should now be able to click on the green buttons.

If problems persist or you require any further assistance then please call us on 0845 166 4478 or email us at support@cardsmadeeasy.com.
